XCODITS is hiring a senior Product Development Engineer to develop and deliver high-quality embedded systems and software for automotive infotainment and connected vehicle platforms. You will own design, coding, integration, and technical problem-solving across multiple domains from multimedia and cluster displays to telematics, connected services, and cloud infrastructure.
What You'll Do
• Drive automotive product development across Multimedia & PID, Cluster & Displays, Appstore & System Apps, and associated components
• Work on sound tuning, telematics, connected services, MNO integration, and offboard cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to mechanical & CAD, regulations & optical simulation, and upstream requirements
• Work on schematics/layout, FOTA, cybersecurity, development testing, and AI-driven features
• Integrate multimedia, telematics, and applications into the vehicle platform
• Implement OTA/FOTA update mechanisms and cybersecurity measures
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Technical Skills
• Strong programming in C/C++, Java, and Python
• Platforms: Linux, Android Automotive, QNX
• Vehicle protocols: CAN, Ethernet, and related automotive communication stacks
• Tools: CANoe, Wireshark, AOSP
What We're Looking For
• 12+ years of experience in embedded systems / automotive software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capability
Proven collaboration in cross-functional teams (Architects, Validation, Cloud Engineering) and with external vendors and platform providers (Android, chipset vendors)
