- Strong technical expertise in RO, ETP, WTP, Pretreatment, ZLD and wastewater chemistry
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Customer interaction and technical presentations
- Site audits and performance improvement
- Conducting product trials
- Technical training
- Supporting sales in business conversion
- Working with R&D on new product development
