Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with customers, founders, product managers, AI teams, and engineers to build impactful product capabilities.
• Understand customer challenges through discussions, workshops, demos, feedback sessions, and product usage analysis.
• Analyze business workflows, decision-makingprocesses, and operational challenges across industries.
• Convert business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Create workflows, process maps, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Support feature development from concept through launch.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, customer success, and business teams.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to improve product decisions.
• Assist in roadmap planning, prioritization, and product strategy discussions.
• Participate in customer demos, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs.
• Contribute insights that help shape future product direction.
Requirements (Must Have):
• 6–8 years of experience in Product Analysis, Product Operations, Product Management, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how organizations make decisions.
• Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into product requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts.
• High ownership and execution mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
Preferred:
• MBA is a plus but not required. Strong business understanding, problem-solving ability, and customer-facing experience are more important.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI, analytics, forecasting, planning, data platforms, or enterprise software.
• Experience working with product and business metrics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Productboard, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
