🚀 We're Hiring | Associate Product Manager (APM)
NYX is looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) with 3–4 years of experience who has a strong understanding of Marketing and AI and is excited to build AI-powered products.
📍 Location: Bangalore

What You'll Do
- Drive product initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Understand customer and business requirements and translate them into product features.
- Build and improve AI-powered marketing and automation solutions.
- Create product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze product and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prioritize features and work with engineering teams to deliver them.
- Track product performance and continuously improve the product experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Growth, MarTech, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing, customer acquisition, funnels, and growth metrics.
- Good understanding of AI/GenAI and AI-powered products.
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand APIs, automation, and AI use cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, SaaS, MarTech, or Marketing Automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and growth.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
