We are hiring Sales & Purchase Executives to support the sourcing, sales, and delivery of seafood products. The role involves working with customers and suppliers, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, coordinating orders, and monitoring market availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enquiries and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders.
- Source seafood products, compare supplier prices and quality, and negotiate purchase terms.
- Coordinate with cold storage, logistics, finance, and operations teams to complete orders on time.
- Monitor market prices, product availability, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer and supplier records and prepare daily sales and purchase reports.
- Assist with documentation for domestic and export orders.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Marine Biology, Marine Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, seafood trading, exports, or vendor management.
- Experience in fisheries, seafood processing, or cold storage is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
