We're hiring: Procurement Associate 🍦
Amadora makes small-batch ice cream in Chennai — real ingredients, no shortcuts. Behind every scoop is a supply chain of dairy, fruit, chocolate, cones, and packaging that has to show up fresh, on time, every single day. That's where you come in.
What you'll do
You'll own the buying that keeps our kitchen and stores running: sourcing ingredients and packaging, managing vendor relationships, negotiating prices, raising POs, tracking deliveries, and keeping stock levels healthy across our stores. You'll work closely with our kitchen and operations teams, spot supply issues before they become problems, and hunt for better quality at better prices.
Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain — F&B or FMCG experience is a big plus
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and keeping clean records
- A negotiator who builds vendor relationships, not just squeezes them
- Organised, detail-obsessed, and happy in a fast-moving small team
- Based in Chennai (or willing to relocate); Tamil helpful for vendor conversations
