🚨 We're looking for a hands-on Process Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team, focused on skid-mounted fluid temperature systems (TCUs, chillers, and related thermal equipment).
What you'll do:
🔹 Support and maintain skid-mounted temperature control equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, valves, sensors, transmitters, control panels)
🔹 Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain field instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow)
🔹 Work with PLC/HMI-based control systems and support loop tuning/configuration
🔹 Support commissioning, loop checks, and vendor coordination
🔹 Maintain P&IDs, SOPs, and maintenance documentation
What we're looking for:
✅ 3–7+ years hands-on experience with TCUs, chillers, or thermal/fluid skids
✅ Strong instrumentation background (calibration, troubleshooting, sensors/transmitters)
✅ Understanding of heat transfer, hydraulics, and thermal systems
✅ Experience with PLC controls (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar) and PID basics
✅ Comfortable reading P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics
✅ Background in manufacturing, chemical processing, plastics, or semiconductor industries preferred
