CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE / PROCESS ASSOCIATE – GLOBAL TECH SUPPORT PROCESS

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for dynamic, elite customer support professionals based in Gurugram for a premier Global Tech Support Process. If you possess flawless English communication skills a commanding vocabulary, and a natural flair for professional client interaction, this is the ideal platform to showcase your talent with a world-renowned technology leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver world-class, articulate verbal and written support for complex technical queries and customer service needs.
- Maintain absolute clarity, grammatical precision, and high-level professionalism across all digital and voice interactions.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction while seamlessly adhering to performance metrics.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Communication Standards: Exceptional, flawless English communication skills with absolute zero grammatical errors, a neutral accent, and strictly no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
- Versant Score: Must achieve a Versant score of 5 or 6.
- Experience Level: Both high-caliber freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Freshers: ₹22,000 in-hand per month
- Experienced: ₹25,000 in-hand per month
- Training: Comprehensive 10 to 15 days of paid training provided upon joining.
WORK TIMINGS & SHIFTS:
- Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- Shift Duration: 10.5-hour shifts.
- Shift Policies:
- Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts only.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Modes Available: Virtual and Face-to-Face rounds.
