You will drive global customer excellence by providing expert support in a remote environment.

Job Details:
- Location: PAN India (Remote).
- Work Mode: Work From Home (WAHA).
- Shift: Rotational shifts.
- Language Requirement: Polish (B2/C1) and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email in Polish.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility:
- Polish Language Proficiency: B2/C1 (Mandatory).
- Good English communication skills.
- Graduates or candidates with BPO/Customer Experience background preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
