Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Processing Associate based in Chintamani. The role involves reviewing and verifying loan applications and customer documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The associate will conduct preliminary credit analysis, cross-check financial information, and coordinate with branch staff and customers to resolve discrepancies. Daily responsibilities include entering and updating data in loan processing systems, tracking application status, and supporting timely disbursement of approved loans. The role also requires maintaining organized records, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with the credit and operations teams to improve processing efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and documents accurately.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of lending processes and credit concepts.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Financial Analysis and basic Financial Modeling, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and comfort working with digital systems.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; prior experience in microfinance, banking, or NBFC operations is an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess integrity, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
