Role Description This full-time, on-site Private Investigator role is based in New Delhi and involves conducting detailed investigations for a variety of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information, performing surveillance, interviewing witnesses and involved parties, and preparing clear, objective reports on findings. The role requires verifying claims, identifying potential fraud, documenting evidence, and maintaining accurate case files in line with legal and ethical standards. The Private Investigator will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand case objectives, ensure confidentiality, and provide timely updates and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Investigation and Surveillance to conduct thorough, discreet, and lawful field inquiries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Fraud Investigations and Claim Investigation to assess potential misconduct, verify information, and support risk management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investigative Reporting to document findings clearly, prepare case summaries, and present evidence in a structured manner.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work independently in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing techniques and professional interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, and follow organizational protocols.
- Prior experience in private investigations, law enforcement, security services, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in criminology, law, security management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
