- Be 70% hands-on with coding, design, development, and code reviews.
- Drive technical architecture, solution design, and engineering best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Own technical decisions around design, performance, scalability, and reliability.
