Principal Director – Upstream Oil & Gas
Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore
Experience: 14–20 years
Looking for a senior Upstream Oil & Gas Consulting/Industry Leader with:
- Deep expertise in Upstream Oil & Gas / E&P
- Strong background in Reservoir, Petroleum Engineering, Production, Field Development or Digital Oilfield
- Proven experience in large transformation consulting deals and business development
- Strong P&L / Sales Target / Revenue ownership
- Excellent C-suite client management and executive presence
- Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to originate, sell and deliver multi-crore consulting engagements
- Strong network with Indian Oil & Gas / E&P companies
Good to Have: Digital Oilfield, AI, OSDU, Cloud/Data, Production Forecasting, Predictive Maintenance, CCUS and Decarbonization.
Must have :
- India Market Experience
- reservoir/petroleum engineering, field development planning, production operations, integrated/digital oilfield, or upstream business planning
- selling and delivering large transformation programs
- Managing P&L
Mandatory MBA (Preferably Tier only)
