🚀 We're hiring | Principal Designer – Design & Sales | Premium Modular Interiors
📍 Location: SB Road, Pune

- Meet clients and understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare 2D/3D designs, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Present design concepts and product solutions to clients.
- Handle client consultations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with execution teams for seamless project delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Required Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Designing or Architecture.
- 1–3 years of experience in Design & Sales of Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 2D/3D software.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimations, and design presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven, client-facing personality with a passion for converting leads into successful projects.
