Hippocampus Learning Centres (HLC) is a growing network of CBSE schools committed to providing high-quality education and nurturing future-ready learners. We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and passionate Principals to lead our schools and drive academic excellence.
Please Note: The selected candidate may be posted at any of our CBSE schools across Karnataka based on organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and compliance with CBSE norms.
- Drive academic excellence and improve student learning outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Strengthen parent and community engagement.
- Oversee school operations, admissions, budgeting, and resource management.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or in a similar leadership role in a CBSE school.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, school administration, and academic planning.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within Karnataka, if required.
