Role Description
The Presales Specialist is a full-time role based in Hyderabad. This role involves engaging with prospective customers to understand their smart home needs, demonstrating WOSA’s solutions, and preparing tailored proposals and solution designs. The Presales Specialist collaborates with sales, technical, and installation teams to ensure accurate scoping, smooth handover, and high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demos, responding to technical and functional queries, supporting bid and tender processes, and maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and requirements. The role also includes gathering market and customer feedback to refine offerings and contributing to training materials and sales enablement content.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, compare solution options, and create appropriate configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to explain technical concepts clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to conduct needs assessments, craft solution proposals, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Experience or interest in smart home automation, IoT, or related technology domains is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities, and maintain organized records of opportunities and proposals.
- Comfort with presenting in person and using digital tools (CRM systems, presentation software, and basic productivity applications).
