Role Description The Presales Engineer role at Eden Infosol Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves working closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored IT solutions, and prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations. The Presales Engineer will participate in client meetings, gather technical and business needs, map solutions to those needs, and respond to RFPs and RFIs. Daily responsibilities include creating solution architectures, preparing technical documentation, supporting proof-of-concept activities, and ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams. The role also includes staying up to date on relevant technologies, providing technical guidance to internal stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of presales processes and materials.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong technical solutioning skills in system integration, IT infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Candidates should possess skills in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation for client-facing engagements.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams and customers.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer-focused consulting skills.
- Candidates should possess basic project coordination abilities and familiarity with presales processes such as RFP/RFI responses and proof-of-concept support.
- Relevant experience in IT services, system integration, or enterprise solutions is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and adapt to evolving technologies will be advantageous.
