Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, analyzing client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with the integration of eShipz solutions. Additionally, the role involves understanding security protocols, addressing technical inquiries, and enabling smooth implementation for clients. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical queries effectively
- Experience in Presales activities and collaborating with sales teams to meet client requirements
- Strong knowledge of Integration processes and tools to seamlessly incorporate solutions into existing systems
- Understanding of Security principles and ensuring secure installations and integrations
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in logistics or SaaS companies is a plus
