As a Real Estate Pre-Sales Associate, you will connect with NRI buyers across global markets, understand their property requirements, and help them explore investment opportunities with India's leading real estate developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective buyers and assess their property investment requirements.
- Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location and purchase intent.
- Schedule Zoom meetings and site visits with interested prospects.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert interest into appointments.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of residential real estate and property investment.
- Target-oriented, proactive and capable of handling customer follow-ups.
