Role Description The Pre-primary Teachers & Academic Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Pre-primary teachers will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, facilitate classroom activities, support social and emotional development, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. They will assess student progress, provide feedback to families, and collaborate with colleagues to align teaching practices with the school’s educational goals. As an Academic Counsellor, the individual will guide families on academic pathways, support students’ learning needs, and contribute to school initiatives that enhance overall student development. The role also involves participating in staff meetings, training programs, and school events to strengthen educational quality and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design and implement effective learning plans for early learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Teaching and Elementary Education to manage pre-primary classrooms and support foundational learning.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience working with pre-primary or elementary-age children, and familiarity with child-centered and activity-based teaching methods, is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate patience and empathy, and maintain professional conduct in a school setting is expected.
