Location: Office at Ahmedabad (Ready to work across India)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in large commercial interior fit‑out projects

🎯 Key Tasks
- Project Monitoring & Control (PMC)
- Oversee day‑to‑day execution of interior fit‑out works.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordination & Communication
- Act as liaison between client, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular site meetings and issue progress reports.
- Coordinate approvals for design changes, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project registers (quality, safety, billing, material reconciliation).
- Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, SEZ norms, GST documentation).
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Billing & Cost Control
- Verify subcontractor bills and reconcile with site measurements.
- Prepare client RA bills with supporting documentation.
- Monitor material consumption vs. billed quantities.
- Support accounts team in GST input tax credit and compliance.
⚙️ Activities & Deliverables
- Daily site inspections and progress reporting.
- Preparation of measurement sheets and joint measurement records.
- Verification of subcontractor/vendor invoices.
- Monthly reconciliation of material and labour consumption.
- Preparation of client running bills and final bills.
- Maintenance of PMC registers, billing registers, and compliance files.
- Use of MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, Primavera for documentation and reporting.
✅ Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Primavera, SAP, AutoCAD.
- Proven track record in large‑scale commercial interior fit‑out projects.
