Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance activities for plant machinery and mechanical systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Lead maintenance teams and allocate daily work activities.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and efficient operations.
- Coordinate with production and utility teams for maintenance planning.
- Monitor spare parts usage and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in PCB manufacturing industry.
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in plant/mechanical maintenance supervision.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine handling.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Experience with PCB manufacturing and plant equipment such as:
- Multi-Spindle Drilling Machines
- CNC PCB Drilling Machines
- PCB Router Machines
- Edge Cutting & Shearing Machines
- Hot Press Machines
- Vacuum Lamination Press
- VMC & CNC Machines
