We are looking for an experienced Plant Head / Senior Manager to lead a newly establishing PSC Railway Sleeper Manufacturing Plant in India.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 20+ years
Preferred candidates:
⭐ Ex-Indian Railways / Metro / Railway Track professionals with relevant sleeper, track or precast concrete experience are strongly preferred.
Key requirements:
* Experience in PSC Sleeper Manufacturing – Long Line, Carousel, Conventional & Stressing Bench systems
* Plant erection, commissioning & stabilization experience
* Production, Quality, Maintenance and Cost Control
* Production planning, scheduling and machine utilization
* Strong understanding of railway-track and sleeper requirements
* Experience with Automatic Carousel-Based Sleeper Plants is highly preferred
