Job details:
Experience : 20+ year (minimum 5 years in knives for paper mill,from pulping to the paper converting stage)
Role :
- Handling production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting of machine.
- Optimizing man & machine utilization and achieve pre-set production targets
- Co-ordinate the dispatches with final QA dept & PPC to adhere the customers dispatch schedule
- Improve quality standards, implement quality control systems to enhance quality of products & reducing rejection level
- Demonstrated abilities in achieving cost savings, cycle time optimization across assignments
- Excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Implement standard operating procedure / work instruction on shop floor for each operations
- Responsible for operational costing of machine shop
