Role Description
- Plan, manage, and execute production activities as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Oversee manufacturing of MCC, APFC, AMF, PCC, RTCC, and PLC panels.
- Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Quality departments for smooth factory operations.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatch.
- Read and interpret GA drawings, SLDs, and electrical drawings.
- Ensure efficient utilization of switchgear, electrical materials, and components.
- Handle busbar calculations and preparation of Mechanical BOM.
- Manage dispatch planning and ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead teams and drive productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
✅ Strong experience in electrical control panel manufacturing
✅ Expertise in production planning and execution
✅ Knowledge of MCC, APFC, AMF, PCC, RTCC, and PLC panels
✅ Understanding of GA drawings, SLDs, and electrical drawings
✅ Knowledge of switchgear, busbar calculations, electrical materials, and BOM
✅ Strong leadership and manpower management skills
✅ Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
