Role Description
- Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.
- Create detailed project plans, including site planning and construction sequencing.
- Progress Monitoring: Track daily/weekly/monthly site progress against baseline schedules.
- identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Track planned vs. actual project progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and S-curves.
- Monitor critical activities and project milestones.
- Identify project delays and support recovery plans.
- Coordinate with site, project, procurement and contractor teams.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Ensure project activities are completed as per planned timelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech / B.E. in Civil
