Position : CFD Engineer (Mechanical Engineering & Aeronautical Engineering)
Location : Tiruchirappalli
Type : Full-Time
Nature of Work:
Responsible for performing CFD simulations and analysis for mechanical, thermal, aerospace, and aeronautical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CAD geometry, computational domains, and meshes for CFD analysis.
- Perform fluid flow, heat transfer, thermal, and aerodynamic simulations.
- Analyze pressure, velocity, temperature, turbulence, lift, and drag results.
- Work on applications such as boilers, ducts, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, airfoils, UAVs, and aerospace components.
- Perform result interpretation, validation, and design optimization.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Freshers: Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or CFD simulation knowledge may apply.
- Experienced Engineers: 1–3 years of experience in CFD analysis, mechanical systems, thermal engineering, aerodynamics, or aerospace applications is preferred.
Personal Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good understanding of engineering concepts.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Good technical communication and report-writing skills.
Technical Skills:
ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, CAD, meshing, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and aerodynamics.
