Company Description: Non Engineers is a Bengaluru-based BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) skilling platform that helps graduates and working professionals build industry-ready careers without requiring an engineering background. Role Description:
- Identify and reach out to local BFSI companies (banks, NBFC, fintechs, GCC hiring desks) with open entry-level roles.
- Build and maintain a live tracker of company contacts and hiring needs/opportunities to be applied by the students.
- Match trained students to openings and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Support students with final resume/interview-readiness checks using existing templates.
- Track every candidate end-to-end : applied, interviewed, offer, joined.
- Comfortable with a 3-month contract structured as monthly performance incentives + a lump-sum bonus on full completion (no fixed monthly stipend) - please only apply if this works for you.
- Comfortable with outbound calls/LinkedIn outreach to HR and TA teams.
- Available for occasional in-person company visits in Bengaluru.
- Must have own Laptop.
Additional information
Stipend Structure:
Fixed Pay: ₹ 12,000 lump sum at the end of contract.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to manage data, track placement metrics, and generate clear, actionable reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with learners, hiring partners, and internal teams in a professional, clear manner.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support to learners and employers, ensuring a positive placement experience.
- Candidates should possess Training and Recruiting-related skills or exposure to support placement readiness activities and coordinate with hiring partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, with the ability to handle spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in BFSI careers, education, or talent development; prior internship or project experience in operations, HR, or placement coordination is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
