1. Market Analysis (Strategy & Pilot Pipeline)
Market Intelligence: Benchmark ~Indian Healthcare EdTech models — map their content formats, pricing (B2B vs. B2C), and learner engagement tactics. Build a TAM-SAM-SOM model with a bottom-up view of allied healthcare colleges and hospital chains.
Pilot Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize 10+ potential pilot clients; Draft personalized cold outreach scripts and manage follow-ups to secure ~3 signed MoUs for MVP testing.

Product Roadmap Inputs: Research trending healthcare skills and 2–3 gamification/ pedagogical frameworks; translate findings into a prioritized feature backlog (using RICE scoring) for the post-MVP sprint (Jan 2027 onwards).
3. Growth & Community Building (Demand Generation)
Content & Social Strategy: Design a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn/ Instagram/ YouTube — create engaging short-form reels, case-study snippets, and career-hack posts targeting students and young professionals.
Community Management: Set up and moderate dedicated WhatsApp/Telegram groups for pilot cohorts; host weekly doubt-clearing or AMA sessions to boost retention. Design a simple "refer-a-friend" incentive to drive organic enrolments for the next cohort.

Investor & Grant Mapping: Build a ranked database of ~50 relevant incubators, accelerators, angel syndicates, and family offices active in Indian EdTech/HealthTech. Additionally, identify 3–5 government grants (e.g., BIRAC, Startup India) and draft application summaries for the founder.
Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze 5 recent Seed-stage funding rounds in the space to benchmark valuation ranges, ticket sizes, and dilution norms—supporting the founder's negotiation prep.
