Rama University, Mandhana, Kanpur is hiring a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer for its Training & Placement Cell.
📍 Location: Mandhana, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Position: Placement Officer
🏢 Department: Training & Placement Cell
🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Management or relevant field
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years in Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment or related field
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters and industry partners
• Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews and recruitment activities
• Invite companies for campus recruitment and manage the complete placement process
• Build new corporate connections and generate placement opportunities
• Coordinate with students, faculty and recruiters
• Organize pre-placement talks, career guidance and employability activities
• Maintain placement records, MIS and reports
