What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build and manage strong relationships with technology companies and industry partners
- Develop a robust network of recruiters and hiring partners
- Drive placements, internships, live projects, and career opportunities for IKIGAI students
- Identify and create new opportunities across the technology and AI ecosystem
- Manage the complete placement engagement cycle, from employer outreach to successful hiring
- Work closely with students to understand their career aspirations and align them with relevant opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships that create value for both students and industry
- Track placement outcomes and continuously improve the institute’s placement strategy
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong industry relationships, business development skills, communication abilities, and a proven track record in placements or corporate partnerships.
