Head Held High Foundation (HHH) is a social impact organisation working to create sustainable career opportunities for youth through skilling, employability, and industry-linked placements for underprivileged youths who are dropouts in the age group between 18-25 yrs.
We are looking for a Placement Executive who can connect our rural youth with employment opportunities across
🏨 Hotels & Hospitality
🛍️ Retail
🍔 QSR & Food Services
🤝 Customer-facing roles
📍 Local & PAN India opportunities
🔹 Role Highlights
* Build relationships with employers and industry partners
* Generate job opportunities for our learners
* Coordinate interviews & recruitment drives
* Support candidates through the placement process
* Expand the employer network across locations
* Maintain placement data and reports
🔹 Who Should Apply?
✅ 1–5+ years of relevant experience
✅ Prior placement experience in Hospitality & Customer-Facing Sectors only
✅ Relevant social-sector experience is preferred/required
✅ Comfortable with extensive field travel
✅ Willing to work closely with rural youth
✅ Strong communication, networking & employer relationship skills
✅ Immediate joiners preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant placement experience, willingness to travel extensively, and a strong interest in working with rural youth.
