Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Salary : upto 35k

About the Role:
WCTM is looking for a dynamic Placement Coordinator to bridge the gap between our talented students and leading recruiters. If you’re passionate about student careers and corporate networking, this is for you.
Key Responsiblities:
- Liaise with companies to organize campus recruitment drives
- Build and maintain strong corporate reationships.
- Coordinate student training, mock interviews, and pre-placement talks
- Maintain placement record and reports
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career planning
Requirements:
- 1-4 years experience in
placements/Training & Placement
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- MBA/PGDM preferred
