Role Description The Picker Packer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting warehouse and order fulfillment operations. Day-to-day activities include accurately picking items from inventory based on order lists, carefully packing products to brand standards, labeling and preparing parcels for dispatch, and ensuring orders are completed within set timelines. The role also involves checking products for quality and defects, maintaining cleanliness and organization in storage areas, and assisting with stock counting and replenishment. The Picker Packer works closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure that customers receive their orders in perfect condition and on schedule, following all safety and handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately pick, count, and verify items against order sheets.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and meet daily targets.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move around the warehouse, and safely lift and carry packages as required.
- Basic familiarity with inventory or warehouse processes; ability to learn scanning devices or simple warehouse software.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues with stock, orders, or packaging.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment aligned with a luxury fashion brand.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, retail back-of-house, or order fulfillment is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to work flexible shifts based on operational needs.
