Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at the Painflame Clinic in Gurugram (Medicity, Sector 38). The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions, perform detailed physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with Painflame’s non-surgical, drug-free philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering hands-on physiotherapy interventions, supervising therapeutic exercises, using clinic-approved modalities and equipment, and documenting patient progress accurately. The role also involves collaborating with chiropractors and other clinicians, educating patients on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical protocols. The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism while supporting a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription for pain management and rehabilitation.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient education, counseling on posture and ergonomics, and designing home-based exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, treatment planning, and use of physiotherapy modalities and equipment in line with evidence-based practice.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with chiropractors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution, with valid registration/licensure as required in India.
- Prior experience in orthopedic, sports, spine, or pain management settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Gurugram, manage a dynamic caseload, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to a drug-free, non-surgical treatment philosophy and openness to learning advanced pain management techniques used at Painflame.
