About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Document progress accurately in digital EMR systems and adjust interventions based on measurable clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Adhere to clinical governance standards and maintain strict compliance with ethical and safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- BPTh / MPT degree from a recognized Indian institution
- Valid registration with INC or State Physiotherapy Council
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques (Maitland, Mulligan, McKenzie)
- Hands-on experience with TENS, EMS, ultrasound, and other electrotherapy devices
- Strong clinical documentation via EMR systems (e.g., Practo, Healthie, Medisoft)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or neuro-rehab settings
Preferred
- Post-grad certification in sports physio, spinal rehab, or geriatric care
- Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Marathi)
- Experience working with tele-rehab platforms or digital patient engagement tools
