Job Title: Lifestyle Manager (Dedicated Resource)

Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and service-oriented Lifestyle Manager to support an elderly lady residing independently in a 3 BHK apartment in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day household operations, coordinating appointments, providing personal assistance, and accompanying her for local travel within NCR whenever required.
She lives with a 1.5-year-old Maltipoo dog and is supported by a driver, a cook (currently on leave), and the driver's wife during the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day functioning of the residence.
- Coordinate with household staff, including the driver, cook, housekeeping staff, and external vendors.
- Accompany the resident for local travel within NCR, including visits to Gurgaon, medical appointments, social engagements, and personal errands.
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, salon appointments, pet grooming, veterinary visits, and other personal engagements.
- Ensure timely procurement of groceries, medicines, pet supplies, and other household essentials.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits for the residence.
- Manage deliveries, bill payments, and other household-related tasks.
- Ensure the residence is well-maintained, organized, and operates smoothly at all times.
- Provide general administrative and personal assistance while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as a Lifestyle Manager, Residence Manager, Household Manager, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working around pets; experience handling dogs will be an added advantage.
- Patient, dependable, discreet, and service-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Additional Information
- The role requires accompanying the resident for local travel within NCR as needed.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a private residence.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion are expected.
