Role Description The Co Founder – Revenue Management role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing and executing revenue strategies, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives, to drive sustainable growth. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial and operational data, identifying revenue opportunities, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and retention. The role involves building and refining processes for forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement, as well as nurturing strategic partnerships and key client relationships. The Co Founder will also contribute to organizational planning, team building, and long-term vision for the business.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, revenue modeling, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven background in sales, including pipeline development, deal structuring, and customer relationship management.
- Experience in marketing and research, with the ability to design campaigns, understand market trends, and segment target audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership in a startup or growth-focused environment, ideally in a co-founder or senior revenue role.
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work model, with strong self-management and ownership of outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Comfort with financial tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms used for revenue and performance tracking.
