Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role supports the Director with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and appointments, and organizing documents. The Personal Assistant will handle correspondence, prepare basic reports and presentations, maintain files and records, and ensure follow-up on action items. The role also involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, prioritizing requests, and helping the Director stay organized and informed. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and ensure smooth daily operations for the Director’s office.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including supporting senior leadership and handling confidential information.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills to organize calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments and travel plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills for coordinating office tasks, preparing documents, and managing communications.
- Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, record maintenance, and basic document formatting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle professional correspondence and interact with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Prior experience supporting senior management or working in a similar assistant role is preferred.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
