Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director in a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars and schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, coordinating travel and logistics, and handling correspondence via email, phone, and messaging platforms. The role involves preparing documents, presentations, and reports; maintaining records and files; and ensuring follow-up on key tasks and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will also liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, support project coordination, and help streamline the Director’s workload for efficient decision-making. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including managing priorities for a senior leader.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management and scheduling skills for organizing meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, calendars) and comfort with digital tools and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
- Prior experience supporting a director or senior executive and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification are preferred.
