• Understand how search behaviour is evolving across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.
• Implement AEO strategies to improve the likelihood of brand content appearing in direct answers, featured snippets, and other answer-led search experiences.
• Develop GEO strategies to improve brand visibility, discoverability, and citation potential across AI-powered search and generative answer platforms.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, competitor analysis, search intent research, content gap analysis, and website performance assessments.
• Work with content and creative teams to develop search-led content that aligns with user intent, topical authority, and business objectives.
• Track organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic, conversions, branded search demand, and relevant AI search visibility indicators.
• Stay updated with changes in search algorithms, AI search platforms, and emerging organic discovery practices.
Strategy, Analytics & Leadership
• Build integrated growth strategies combining paid acquisition and organic visibility.
• Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans, budgets, channel strategies, and measurable KPIs.

• Present performance reports, strategic recommendations, and campaign insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of campaign execution, performance tracking, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation.
• Contribute to the development of scalable performance marketing and organic growth processes at Veroma Media.
What We Are Looking For
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with substantial practical knowledge of SEO.
• Strong working knowledge of AEO and GEO, including practical approaches to improving brand visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
• Proven experience planning, executing, and optimising live digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and relevant SEO tools.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, landing page optimisation, keyword research, technical SEO, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Willingness to work from our Mumbai office.
