Talent Glider is looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. If you're passionate about creating high-performing paid campaigns and driving measurable results, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
* Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
* Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
* Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
* Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute high-performing campaigns.
* Experience managing international client campaigns is preferred.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.
