Job Profile –Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) / Full Time / Permanent / WFO Location – Indore, MP. (WFO)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, organic lead generation and display advertising.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
- Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations;
- Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve all goals;
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
- Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues;
- Suggest and organise team-building activities;
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
- Knowledge of global markets. (Forex & Comex)
- Fluent English communication; sales & marketing skills required.
- Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Experienced in International Sales, Marketing, Global Markets, and Financial Services will be preferred.
