Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display Network, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, ad copy optimization, and campaign scaling.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and achievement of performance goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting tools to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations for clients.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and web development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation and maximize campaign performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console
- Keyword Planner and Google Merchant Center (preferred)
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social advertising, conversion tracking, remarketing, and attribution models.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts with varying campaign objectives and budgets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques and bidding strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, server-side tracking, and UTM implementation.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with e-commerce, B2B, and lead generation campaigns will be an advantage.
