Performance Marketing Executive — Rajyog Lawns and Banquet, Pune
Rajyog Lawns is a wedding and events venue in Pune (Bibwewadi-Kondhwa Road, near Gangadham Chowk), hosting weddings, engagements, birthdays, naming ceremonies, and corporate events. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our paid advertising and improve our organic search presence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns
- Improve on-page and local SEO — Google Business Profile optimization, keyword research, basic website SEO
- Coordinate with the venue team to align campaigns with seasonal booking priorities (weddings and off-season events like corporate gatherings, birthdays, engagements)
- Manage WhatsApp-based lead flow from ads and ensure timely follow-up coordination
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, Google Business Profile, on-page basics)
- Comfortable with performance reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Based in or willing to work from site.
- Bonus: experience in hospitality, events, or local service businesses
