- We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing, driving qualified leads and maximizing ROI for our clients.
- **What you’ll do:**
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to improve ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Own keyword research, audience targeting, ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize

- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and scaling.
- Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to align SEM strategies with business and client goals.
- Communicate campaign insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring strong execution and adherence to SEM best practices.
- **What we’re looking for:**
- 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and/or Amazon.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bid strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to improve ROAS, lead quality, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant ad platforms.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong ownership and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making.
Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
