About BigBoost AI
BigBoost AI is a performance marketing and growth agency working across B2B, B2C, D2C and E-commerce markets globally. We are scaling our performance team and looking for a senior professional who can independently own accounts and help build a stronger, scalable delivery structure.
The Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can take end-to-end ownership of client accounts with minimal founder intervention.
You will own strategy, execution, optimization, performance analysis, account hygiene, client communication and growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end performance marketing accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Amazon Ads.
• Manage Google Shopping, Meta Commerce, Shopify and e-commerce performance with a strong understanding of the full funnel.
• Develop campaign strategies, budgets, testing frameworks, optimisation plans and growth opportunities.
• Analyse ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, revenue and funnel performance and turn insights into clear actions.
• Write and test high-performing ad copies independently.
• Maintain strong campaign hygiene, tracking, account structure and optimisation standards.
• Communicate directly with clients, lead performance discussions, present insights, manage expectations and build strong client relationships. Excellent client communication is non-negotiable.
• Collaborate with Senior Performance Marketers, Performance Marketers and Creative Teams on campaign updates, creative testing, execution and account quality.
• Coordinate team priorities, identify gaps and ensure timely execution without micromanagement.
• Keep the founder informed of key performance updates, risks, opportunities and next steps, while independently managing day-to-day account requirements.
• Contribute towards building SOPs, QA processes, reporting structures and scalable performance marketing systems.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in a digital/performance marketing agency.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with working knowledge of TikTok, LinkedIn and Amazon Ads.
• Strong exposure to B2B, B2C, D2C and E-commerce accounts.
• Shopify / Google Shopping / Meta Commerce experience is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to independently write ad copies and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and build structure as the team scales.
Not a Fit For
In-house-only profiles, product-company-only profiles or candidates with exclusively B2B experience are not encouraged to apply.
This role is for someone ready to operate as a senior account owner, combining hands-on execution with strategic thinking and team coordination.
