Location: Kochi | 2+ Years Experience
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
What You’ll Handle:
• Meta & Google Ads — Setup, Analysis & Optimization
• Funnel Building & Retargeting
• Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking
• Google Tag Manager & Tracking Implementation
• KPI Monitoring & Performance Reporting
• Client Management & Communication
• Content & Creative Strategy Suggestions
• Market & Competitor Research
• Campaign Strategy & Optimization
• Team Coordination & Task Allocation to Juniors
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to independently manage client campaigns
✔ Good understanding of tracking, funnels & conversion optimization
✔ Ability to guide and coordinate junior team members
