**Job Title:** Digital Marketer cum Performance Marketer

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketer & Performance Marketer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic, generate quality leads, and maximize our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). If you have a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns and a strong understanding of overall digital growth strategies, we want you on our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Performance Marketing:** Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
* **Campaign Optimization:** Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and copies, and optimize for key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
* **Analytics & Reporting:** Track digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* **Lead Generation:** Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to improve user experience and overall conversion rates.
* **Social Media Management:** Assist in planning and executing social media content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
* Minimum 1 year of proven, hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
* Strong proficiency in managing campaigns through Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
* Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
* Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a remote work environment.
