💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (Negotiable)
What you’ll be responsible for:- Managing and optimising Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Handling lead generation campaigns and improving CPL & lead quality
- Monitoring campaign performance, budgets and key metrics
- Keyword & audience research, campaign testing and optimisation
- Preparing performance reports and sharing actionable insights
- Coordinating with internal teams for creatives, landing pages and campaign requirements
- Managing multiple client accounts and taking ownership of campaign performance
What we’re looking for:- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Lead generation experience is mandatory
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads will be an advantage
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently
